Mayor Mark delivers Inaugural Address

“As people who had lived to be comfortable enough, remember, it is not only our responsibility but our obligation to help others.”

As he was sworn into office as the new Mayor of Lucena City, Mayor Mark Don Victor B. Alcala highlighted three important points in his inaugural speech: strengthening the city’s development team; securing a lone congressional district for Lucena City and implementing the Lucena VIP Ka Program where everyone gets the same treatment.

“Tayong mga taong nasa gobyerno, we are the problem solvers, not the problem givers.”
