DLL holds 1st face-to-face graduation rites

806 students of Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng Lucena (DLL) were conferred their respective degrees during the 17th Commencement Exercises, August 5 at the Quezon Convention Center.

With the theme “DLL Graduates: Traversing Challenges and Advancing the Gains of Sustainable Education”, it was the first time in two years that the commencement was held in person due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Newly elected Quezon Governor Dr. Angelina Tan addressed the graduating class as guest of honor and commencement speaker.

Mayor Mark Don Victor Alcala inspired the graduates to take advantage of the “infinite learning opportunity“ the world has to offer.

Class 2022 has produced a total of 47 honor graduates with 2 graduating cum laude, 42 with academic distinction, and 3 with merit awards.
